We want you to absolutely love what you order! If something's not quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Just reach out to us and we'll take care of you.
We crafted our lunch boxes with robust, hard-wearing stainless steel. However, we know life with kids is an adventure! If your lunch box takes a major drop, expect a few dents and scratches. These "battle scars" are proof of a well-loved and well-used lunch companion. Remember, while glass and brittle plastics can shatter or crack, stainless steel is designed for lasting durability!
A Quick Note on Silicone: Silicone is prone to staining from highly pigmented foods like tomatoes, carrots, berries, or rockmelon—it's just the nature of the material! To help lift these colorful marks, we recommend soaking the silicone components overnight in a gentle solution of mild bleach and dish soap.
These little marks and stains are all part of your lunch box's journey with you and are considered normal wear and tear. Because of this, we're unable to offer refunds for these types of cosmetic changes. But hey, they just show how well-loved and well-used your lunch box is!
